I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had at Shorelines earlier this month. The apartment was perfect (what a view) and the kids loved the infinity pool and riding on the buggy. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the island facilities - kids tennis lessons, quad bikes, kids art classes, kids soccer clinic etc etc.

We had a great time. Your apartment is wonderful, as I have a disability the buggy was great for all those hills. A piece of paradise.....
Because there are great eating and cooking facilities (at the apartment) and food is expensive I would advise taking what you need with you. Breakfast on the balcony "HEAVEN"

Hi there.
Just a quick note to congratulate and thank the owners of Shorelines 12! We loved the buggy, red and fast so it was easy to find on the street! (Just noticed that there is a picture of a blue one on your website, the red one should be a feature!!) The apartment is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. And just as it says on the advertorial/website - they did pay extreme attention to detail. The DVDs and beach towels were a bonus which was great for the kids! ET was a massive hit for the new generation! I was there for a wedding so many people came to visit us at this apartment and we were able to benchmark ours against seeing other apartments and this one was the perfect choice for us and we were really happy with the cost. We loved the space and the spa! No doubt some of my friends and family will be wanting to stay in your unit in the future.

The house, Shorelines 12, was fantastic for the 6 of us. Little things like the tea and coffee left in the pantry and the containers and picnic basket were unexpected. Stunning views. Your staff advised me to take this over an Oasis property and you were right, it was lovely. It was more than comfortable - it was luxurious. The valet service was great, too.
We are all having a hard time transitioning to our 16C ........ and no views. Many wistful sighs.

I just wanted to say thanks for the booking and to pass on my thanks to the owners who have got an amazing apartment and just top it of with all the thought about items inside it eg surround sound, tv, ice maker, dvds, beach towels etc (the list could go on)...

Just to note I have been going to the Island for about 15 years now and it was the best place I have stayed in and will certainly be getting back up there later this year and will endeavor to book the same place...

Just wanted to say that we had a fantastic time on your beautiful island, which was made all the better for having such a great property to stay in. Having a glass of wine on the balcony and looking out at that view is something we'll never forget.

Thanks for the email. My birthday was lovely thank you and we all had a fantastic time at Hamilton Island and our stay at Shorelines 12. The little things really made a difference - like the DVD collection, beach towels, tea, coffee and everyday kitchen items all being in the apartment.
You have a lovely 'home from home' feel to the apartment and we would highly recommend Shorelines 12 to our friends and family and would love to return again soon.
We have more relatives over from the UK towards the end of the year and John and I are hoping to return to Hamilton, if we decide to take another trip we will certainly be in touch with you.
